It’s been a long and exciting week! I gave lightning talks and conducted multiple workshops this week and had great interactions with my CTO Stephen Howe and my Org’s VPs.
It was super cool to hear great feedback on my presentations and talks from them and got to meet some amazing new people from my work across 🇨🇦
On the evening of Day 1, My Director took me out for a drink (I am a teetotaller and that’s a story for another day!), and I really enjoyed hanging out outside work.
I don’t have recordings of the first day talks with me and it might likely remain internal within my company till they are released. But the day 2 events that I conducted were mostly on topics like RAG, Finetuning LLMs had dedicated venues and I did manage to snap some photos to share on my blog here before I gave some of these hour long talks and workshops!
Being a local here, I definitely enjoyed my event stay room for the two nights with fresh views of my own city!
